Johannes has been a financial planner since 2010. In 2013 he obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning (from the University of Stellenbosch) and became a CFP® Professional. He founded OBIN Wealth Management in 2017 to create an environment in which financial planners can guide investors to financial freedom with objective and independent financial advice. He loves people, works hard to stay fit and enjoys spending time in the wild.

Allan started his career in the financial services industry in 2012. He worked as financial analyst at a private equity firm for one year before making the switch to financial planning. Since then, he has been helping individuals, families, businesses and trusts making and implementing smart decisions about their finances. Allan holds various degrees from the University of Stellenbosch. He is a Certified Financial Planner® and member of the Financial Planning Institute of Southern Africa (FPI). Allan believes that life is the sum of all your decisions and actions, and that by acting today and making the right financial decisions, financial freedom becomes a possibility. He enjoys applying his finely tuned analytical skills to guide clients to make informed investment and financial decisions. Allan is married to his high school sweetheart, Leandi, and together they have a son, Alex. They enjoy the outdoors, camping, and scuba diving.

Yvon started his career in advertising and marketing as a media planning strategist and marketing manager in the publishing and broadcasting industry. In 2000 he moved to England where he worked for Sky TV as Accountant and later as Creative Director for an international NPO. After 7 years abroad, Yvon moved back to SA and joined the financial services industry as an independent financial advisor. Once upon a time he was an avid aquathlete and windsurfer. He loves music, especially Opera. Yvon is a trained Counsellor and it gives him much joy helping people to overcome obstacles and traumatic experiences. He always seeks out the humour in everyday situations and aims to make people laugh.

Jacky obtained her PA Diploma while working full time for a medical practitioner. After this, she left the country to work in America as an Au-Pair. Upon her return, she set her sights on pursuing a career in the corporate world. She finally joined the financial services industry working remotely for a number of independent financial planners. Her task was delivering a wide range of administrative services. She has obtained valuable organizational experience and is able to fulfil several functions critical to the smooth running of a financial planning practice. She is a go-getter and loves to be challenged. Away from work, she stays fit, enjoys spending time with family and listens to country music. She is passionate about people and lives life to the fullest.
